Privacy policy
Brown Memorials is committed to maintaining the privacy of visitors to our website. We have been in the business of making memorials for over 112 years and recognize the sensitivity of the subject at hand. The following explains the information we collect and how we use it.
What information is collected and why?
A visitor to our website does not need to reveal any individually identifiable information such as name, address or telephone number when browsing our site.
If a visitor should want to submit a request for information form, the only required information is the first and last name and an email address or telephone number, depending on which method you prefer we use to reply to you.
If a purchase is being made, in addition to the name, the billing and shipping name, address, city, state, zip code, and phone number will be required. For payment we will need the credit card number and expiration date, as well as the credit card holder's name. This information is used for the current transaction with Brown Memorials only. This information will not be used for any other purpose.
