Who We Serve

Our monument company specializes in service families, churches, cemeteries, schools, businesses, civic organizations, and government agencies across the United States with a variety of stone-related needs. Our products and services vary by region.

Cemetery Headstone Design and Installation

Select Region (all products and services)

Brown Memorials has served thousands of families across North and South Carolina over the last century.  We offer our full range our memorial design services including cemetery installation to our "Select Region".  This region is an approximate 80 miles radius around Florence, SC. This region consists of the following counties:

South Carolina Counties

Florence, Darlington, Dillon, Marion, Horry, Georgetown, Berkeley, Williamsburg, Clarendon, Sumter, Lee, Marlboro, Chesterfield, Richland, Kershaw, Calhoun, Orangeburg

North Carolina Counties

Scotland, Robeson

Premium Region (exclusively estate and civic work)

Our civic and estate planning services are offered throughout our "Premium Region".  Brown Memorials is the only member of the prestigious American Institute of Commemorative Art (AICA) in either of the Carolinas, and it is our privilege to offer our civic and veterans memorial design services to a much more extensive area.  In addition to civic and veterans memorial design, we also specialize in the development of private family cemeteries, veterans parks, and commercial stone signage.

Shipping to the Continental United States (all products)

The true art of memorial design is a rarity these days.  Only a few monument companies in North America specialize in this fine art.  If your local monument company is not capable of providing you with the quality of design, service, and craftsmanship that you deserve, then we would be glad to work with you remotely, and can ship our memorials anywhere throughout the continental United States.

Funeral Homes, Cemeteries and Monument Companies

We work closely with cemeteries and funeral homes who consider our superior services an extension of their company and its reputation.  If you own or operate a cemetery or funeral home, and consider your services better than the rest, then you should be affiliated with a monument company that has that same reputation.  Anything else is a disservice to the families you serve.

Would you believe that we regularly produce work for other monument companies?  Well, believe it!  If you own or operate a monument company, and have a project in which you need design or production assistance, let us know.  Our team of designers are internationally recognized, and we regularly produce work that others say cannot be done.  We will be glad to help you elevate your project, enhancing the beauty of our nation's public spaces and cemeteries along the way.

Religious affiliations, Institutes of Education and Civic Organizations

Over the years, Brown Memorials has worked closely with churches, universities, veterans groups and other types of organizations on a wide range of projects.  Common projects include cremation gardens with columbarium features, benefactor plazas with decorative art and sculpture, and personalized monuments and markers that record historical events and people.

If your goal is to raise money, commemorate an event, or simply enhance the beauty of a public space, then we can work closely with you to develop the appropriate concept given the confinements of your budget and setting.  Contact us in the form below to learn more about our capabilities as designers and craftsmen.

Businesses and Governmental Bodies

Memorials may be in our name; however, our design abilities extend far beyond what you may imagine.  We regularly work with businesses and government agencies to design and produce signs, plaques, and plazas.  We have access to dozens of different granites, and often work with marble, steel, bronze, and glass.

Call or email us if you’d like to see what products and services are available in your area.
